Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
